Michel Callihoo Nation Society is in the process of organizing to provide support to the descendants of the former Michel Band #472, and to advance our advocacy with Canada. We will be seeking your help for involvement on several committees essential to our efforts. We will also seek information as to your contact particulars.

MCNS will be seeking genealogy (family tree) information at a later date. There will be a waiver form developed to authorize MCNS to obtain genealogy information contained in Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) departmental records to confirm the descent of the historical Michel Band.
 

Volunteers will be required to sign a confidentiality non-disclosure agreement and to follow a particular code of conduct.
